Policies and User Agreement
Heal Your Grid wants your experience with us to be delightful and productive; please read these policies so that we will be entering into our contract in full agreement.
By using this website, you are acknowledging receipt of all of our policies, and agreeing to all terms and conditions. All purchases made using this website are done so in agreement with Heal Your Grid’s policies and disclaimers. These policies may be updated at any time it is deemed necessary by the site owners.
Payments – Refunds:
All packages, sessions, or services are to be paid in advance via PayPal. Completed one-on-one sessions are not refundable as this is a fee-for-time service. We promise you will get out of the coaching session what you put into it. Package fees will be refunded at 100% (minus PayPal transaction fees) if we are notified within 48 hours of purchase, prior to your first session. It is our general policy that packages are not refundable after the Initial Session, however, in rare instances it will be determined that that a coach and client may be ill-matched and it is best for both parties to go their separate ways—in this case we will not hold you to a program in which you are unsatisfied. There may also be times when a client, due to inappropriate behavior or lack of action/engagement in the program will be released from a coaching program. We reserve the right to make that determination at any time. So please only sign up for private coaching if you are ready, willing and eager to actively engage in the program and “do the work.” Should it be determined that a refund is in order, fees will be withheld from the package price at a rate of $300 per completed session + PayPal transaction fees + up to $300 commission fees paid to an affiliate; the balance of your payment will be refunded via PayPal.
Late or Missed Coaching Sessions:
Punctuality is important to us. We expect clients to be on time for each appointment and to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation. You will be billed for any session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. If you are late for an appointment, we are not required to extend the session time. We reserve the right to cancel a session if you are more than 15 minutes late.
If, for any reason, we must cancel an appointment, we will provide you with notice and reschedule with you at the earliest opportunity.
If, between sessions, you need a sounding board, have a problem, or want to share a success with us, you can contact us via e-mail or phone. We enjoy providing this extra level of service and do not bill for it, but ask that you keep the extra sessions to no more than five or ten minutes.
I understand Cindia Carrere’s interactions with me will not involve physical contact. Despite this fact, I also understand I may experience physical reactions as a result of my interactions with Ms. Carrere. In consideration for being allowed to interact with Ms. Carrere, on behalf of myself, my next of kin, heirs, and representatives, I release from all liability and promise not to sue Ms. Carrere, her business, her agents, employees, successors, assigns, and heirs from any and all liability that may arise directly or indirectly from any physical, psychological, or emotional reactions I experience as a result of my interactions with Ms. Carrere. I further attest that I am participating in this activity voluntarily, and I assume all related risks related to this activity, known and unknown.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via opt-in forms, email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:
- See what data we have about you, if any.
- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.
- Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
